Jentec offer optional NOC service to complement Cloud SBC and Cloud VoIP service offerings. A dedicated member of our team will be handling quality complaints from your partners, as well as proactively report and attempt to fix quality issues arising with your providers.

Service is provided 7 days a week. Our minimum engagement plan is $500/month with expected work load of up to 20 hours.
